Holger Heller has been working in different transformative, change and organizational contexts (international organizations, business, education, public sector and NGOs) for more than 20 years nationally and internationally. He is a systemic organizational developer, a transformation process host and facilitator, systemic coach and meeting designer with an academic background in law, political science and management. He got in touch with Anne and Christina about 10 years ago on his own learning journey finding new approaches to change, leadership and dialogue. Since then he is practicing circle and hosting trainings in this art as well as in the art of hosting. For him, circle is the mother of all practices: it is not just the most ancient, it contains core patterns of working and living lively and well together - in particular following a participatory leadership approach and attitude. Therefor circle is a key foundation of his work, independent of people, context and format: be it a board meeting, a weekly team meeting, a community gathering, a workshop, or a conference.
Holger is co-founder of initiatives practicing circle, such as the www.wienersalon.com and www.transformationleben.at . He lives with his family in the Vienna area. |
